Pricing
What working with AiBT costs
Indicative annual pricing for AiBT. Every project is reviewed against our scope of services before we agree terms. Prices are in US dollars and exclude GST and other applicable taxes.
Annual Licence

Our services are designed for projects that combine Bible content with content from at least two other domains, such as educational, literary, agricultural or tourism content. Because many dedicated tools and services already exist for Bible-only work, we focus on multi-domain projects. We don’t take on projects that consist only of Bible content, or that include only one other domain.

Send us your request
Fill in the Request to work with AiBT form with a short description of your project and the content involved.

We check the criteria
We confirm your project includes Bible content alongside at least two other domains, check our availability and current workload, and let you know whether we can take it on.

Agree terms and start
If it’s a fit, we send a written Service Confirmation with your fee, term and payment schedule, then the first invoice for 50% of the annual fee.
How billing works
Billing cycle
Two invoices per annual term: 50% (USD 10,000) at the start of the term, and 50% (USD 10,000) at the six-month mark. Each is due within 10 days of the invoice date.
Taxes
Prices exclude GST and other taxes. We add them to your invoice where required by law.
Renewal
Your licence renews each year unless either side gives written notice before the current term ends.
Price changes
We give at least 60 days’ written notice. New prices apply only from your next term, and you can choose not to renew.
Billing questions
Is the annual fee refundable?
Generally, no. The full annual fee is owed for each term, even though it is paid in two instalments, and stopping use of the service partway through a term does not reduce or cancel an instalment due in that term.
The exception is if you end the service because we have seriously failed to meet our obligations and haven’t put it right within 60 days of your written notice. In that case, any unpaid instalment for that term is cancelled, and we refund the part of any fees you’ve already paid that covers the rest of the term.
If we discontinue a project because it turns out to be outside our scope of service (for example, Bible-only or with fewer than two other domains), fees already paid are not refunded.
What happens if a payment is late?
Overdue amounts may incur interest, and access may be suspended after written notice. See “Fees” in our Terms of Use.
Prices shown are indicative. Your fee, term and payment schedule are confirmed in writing once your project is accepted. All services are subject to our Terms of Use, including “Scope of Service” and “Fees”.
